Study to determine the effect of Dihydro-avenanthramide D on Histamine net release from periotoneal mast cells stimulated by substance P.


Study to evaluate the effectiveness of a topical preparation with/without Dihydroavenanthramide D to reduce the clinical conditions associated with dry and itchy mature skin.
- 40 subjects (35-80 years) with visible dry skin and itching
- 4 week double blind study - subjects use new product for 2 weeks and cross over to use the other product for next 2 weeks.
